How do I remove (archive) someone on a call time list?

To remove (archive) a donor on a calltime list:

1. From the CRM select the call time list the donor falls on and select the three dots on the far-right of the donor you need to remove. Choose the archive task option. 

2. Refresh the page and click on the last page of your call time list. Your archived donor remains on the list with an archived grayed out status. In this status they are NOT visible in the front end of the App. If you need to restore the donor to the list, select the ... on the far right of the donor and select Restore task.
