How do I mark someone as complete or incomplete on a call time list?
There are two options when marking someone off as complete or incomplete.
From your call time list in the CRM:
1. If you are following along during call time from the call time list on your desktop and you need to mark someone as complete or incomplete for your candidate, you will need to select the three dots at the end of the specific donor's name. You will then select Mark as Complete. A green check mark will appear next to the donor's name on the left-hand side now.
2. If you need to mark a donor as incomplete (reseting from a complete status), you will select the three dots again at the end of the donor's name and select Mark as Incomplete. The green check mark that once existed next to their name will now disappear.
From the App:
1. If you are using the app to call through your donors, when you are in the profile of a donor, you can select the white circle in the top right of the profile. It will change to reflect a green check mark. By unselecting the green check mark, it will change the donor back to incomplete.
Alternatively, when you log an interaction on a donor's profile it will automatically mark the donor as complete unless you proactively uncheck the complete slider.
2. When someone marks a donor as complete or incomplete on their mobile device, it should reflect on the desktop calltime list within a few seconds. You may also need to select the notification next to the calltime list name at the top of the page that states: New data available, click to update.
