How can I build a calltime list with individual contacts instead of using filters?

In order to build a calltime list from hand selecting individual contacts rather than by applying filters, you have three options: 

Add contacts to a list from the Contacts tab:

1. You will need to start off with at least 1 contact to create a new calltime list. So from the Contacts tab, select the checkbox next to the contact(s) you would like to add to a new list. Select the actions button and select add to call time list. 

NOTE: Keep in mind there are 25 contacts displayed on each page at a time, so you will want to click/add those contacts per page. For example, on page 1, select and add who you need before continuing to page 2.

2. This will open the add to calltime list side panel. Select the Can't find a calltime list? Add a new one option. 

3. Fill out the call time list details and select Save calltime list.
 4. To add more contacts to the existing list, continue to use the checkbox next to each donor and select Actions, Add to CallTime list and select the name of the list you created. 

Add Contacts to a CallTime List Directly from the List
1. Alternatively, you can add additional contacts from the calltime lists view in the CRM. Open the list in the calltime list tab and select the add contacts button. Begin typing the names of the individuals you want to add, select the individuals and select add x contacts. 
2. You now have a custom calltime list created without the need to filter your contacts. 

Add Contacts to a CallTime List from a Contact's Profile
1. Additionally, if you are within a contact's profile and you decide you need to add them to a calltime list, you can select the three dots on the right-hand side of the contact's First and Last Name. From the drop down that will then appear, select add to calltime list.
2. An add to calltime list panel will appear on the right side of the profile. If the calltime list already exists, select the calltime list you want to add the contact to, then select add to calltime list.
 3. If the calltime list you are adding the contact to is brand new, select add new one and fill out the calltime list details. Select Save calltime list.
