How do I archive or delete a calltime list?

When you are done calling through a call time list you can either archive the call time list or delete the call time list. Archiving the calltime list will keep it as an inactive list in your CRM and remove it from the front end of the app. You can also restore an archived list at any time in case you may want to use this list again. If you want to completely remove a list from your app and your CRM you will want to delete the call time list. 

1. To archive a calltime list, open your calltime list panel and select ... to the far right of the list you would like to archive. Select Archive Calltime List. When the "Are you sure you want to archive this calltime list?" message pops up select Yes. This will place the list at the bottom of your lists and gray it out. You can restore this list at any time by selecting the ... to the far right of the list and selecting Restore List. 

2. To completely delete your calltime list, select ... to the far right of the list you would like to delete. Select Delete Calltime List. This option will completely delete your list and there is no way to restore it.
