How do I schedule a CRM training?

If your organization has already opened a CRM account with Numero and you have had an official onboarding session, any new team members who join the team and wish to be onboarded can join one of our weekly onboarding sessions. These sessions are also a good opportunity for team members who would like refresher training or training on a specific topic such as Importing or Calltime. 

To sign up for an upcoming training session please fill out the request form below. Once complete, a member of our team will send you a calendar invite with a meeting link confirming your attendance for the training. 

Weekly CRM training last 45 minutes to 1 hour and covers all of the main features of Numero CRM. We also offer specialized training for Calltime, Importing, and Payment Processing (see schedule). Trainings are not private and will include users from multiple committees/ organizations. If you have specific questions regarding your account you'll want to schedule a 30 min Q&A session with a member of our Customer Success team by contacting support@numero.ai.
