New Year, New Domains! 🔍

We will be transitioning our CRM URLs from secure.numero.ai to app.numero.ai in the coming weeks. Your Numero CRM and Payment Processing platforms will live on app.numero.ai.  This new update will help us to upgrade our infrastructure and perform at the quality and speed you expect from us.

HOW THIS IMPACTS YOU

We have activated the new domain.  

• Start using the new URLs.  You can start using app.numero.ai now, and you’ll be asked to log in the first time you use the new domain.  
• Your old links will continue to work.  If you visit a previously bookmarked page, we will begin redirecting the old links to app.numero.ai, starting Monday, January 23.  The filters and views you’ve saved will still be available and we will continue to redirect the old links through July 31, 2023.
• Update your bookmarks.  Please remember to update your bookmarks to the new URLs before July 31, 2023!

NO CHANGES TO YOUR CONTRIBUTION FORMS

This change only impacts your sign in and links to your CRM and Payment Processing platforms.  Any contribution form links you’ve created and sent will all continue to use the secure.numero.ai URLs, and no changes are needed for your donors or contribution forms.
