How do I set up notifications for a specific form?

Want to send a notification to a certain host anytime a donor makes a contribution, buys a ticket or RSVPs for an event? To receive contribution notifications for specific forms or events, invite your teammate to become a Host Raiser. A Host Raiser will receive an email notification for all contributions that come through a certain form. Here is how you can set up a member of your team to receive these email notifications:

  1. From your Contribution Forms tab, identify the Standard form, Ticket or RSVP Form of interest
  2. Select the three dots to the right of that form, and select RAISERS from the dropdown
  3. From your Raisers page, select +Add raiser assignments
  4. Enter the email address of your Host
  5. Under Contribution data access level, select Host so that the host raiser can set up their notifications from this form
  6. Have your new Host Raiser toggle raiser notifications to on for forms that they're listed as a host on
  7. Note: If the Host Raiser is already a user in your platform with payment processing notifications turned on, turn off email notifications in your user settings.
