How can I use the Numero Calltime app at an event?

Looking for a simple way to use your app to track guests at an event? If you used a Ticket or RSVP form, you can create a call time list or a saved list of just this event's contributors. And, by logging an interaction with type Event, you can use a custom call result to track attendance.

  1. Head to your Contacts tab at app.numero.ai
  2. Add a filter for Contributions and select Contributions Form, then enter the name of your Ticket or RSVP Form in the field
  3. From here you can either Save a list or Send to App to create a calltime list
  4. A calltime list will allow you to log interactions as donors arrive from the Numero Calltime app. A saved list will enable you to bulk-apply interactions after the event.
  5. If you prefer not to create a calltime list or a saved list, you can also bulk-apply interactions from the Contacts tab by filtering for contacts who have made a Contribution to your select Ticket or RSVP Form.
