April 2023 Calltime App Improvements
Our engineers have been hard at work improving the Numero calltime app and we are excited to share that...v2.0.0 is ready! View More Data from Contact Record - Never leave the contact record as you expand the Bio and Notes fields vs. click into new pages. Ask and Ask Notes now appear within the record as well.
Expanded Search Contacts Parameters - Utilize the Search Contacts feature to view all contacts in your database, regardless if they are on a calltime list or not, by more than just a First Name or Last Name. Now with the expanded search parameters, you can search contacts in-app from a particular zip code or phone number. You can even search for a specific occupation of lawyer, for example.
Add and Remove Contact Codes - Within a contact record, you can now add and/or remove existing contact codes directly in-app if you are an Admin or Finance role user. If John Doe mentions on a call that they would like to volunteer for the campaign, and that contact code of volunteer exists in the CRM, you can add it directly to John's profile.
More Stats - View the number of interactions recorded by today/ week/ month/ quarter/ cycle with the new interactions summary card on the homepage of the app. In addition, within a contact record, you can view contributions, giving history, and interactions stats.
Auto-Saving Edits - All edits made in-app now auto-save, no need to select save once you've completed updating a contact record from the app. As always any edits made in-app, are reflected in the CRM in real-time!
Access SpeedyGive™ In-App - If your committee is utilizing Numero Processing with an Essentials, Plus, or Pro, platform, you'll have access to SpeedyGive™ directly within a contact record in-app. The Numero contribution form associated with the calltime list itself will populate by default, but if needed, you can switch the contribution form to regenerate the SpeedyGive™ link. The pre-populated amount will be the Ask Amount associated with the contact record (the amount can be edited though!). You can Copy Link to send directly via Text or Email - you can even open the link for immediate access to the pre-filled form!
Add Contacts - Did you meet a new prospect while on the road? You can now add new contact records (individual and organization) directly in-app and it will add them to your CRM in real-time! Make sure to include as many details about the new contact as possible.
