How do I save broadcast email settings to make drafting emails faster?
Once you have sent off a few email broadcasts, you may be thinking, 'Oh, we really liked this message from a previous broadcast', or 'These details worked great for us last time'. There are options to make sure you don't have to spend time recreating previous email broadcasts. See below for all the ways!
Duplicate Email Broadcast - If your team utilizes Numero Processing, you'll know all about this option as the Duplicate Email Broadcast works similarly. When you select the ... on the right-hand side of the Email Broadcast tab for the broadcast you're looking to duplicate then selecting Duplicate Broadcast - you'll open a new draft.
Be sure to update the Name and triple-check that the Advanced Settings look good! These details are pulled from the duplicated broadcast you selected. You can customize the newly duplicated broadcast to your needs.
Advanced Settings - If you choose to start a new email broadcast, you have a chance to include/copy previously built Audience, Details, and Message settings. Once you select New Email Broadcast, you'll be able to give the broadcast a Name, Description, Category, and Message Codes. Down at the bottom of this process, you can pull in those Advanced Settings. Think of them as previous email broadcast settings. You can even mix and match a previous Audience and a previous Message, if you want to get creative.
