Can I add/or remove contact codes from the App?
If you're an Admin or Finance user of Numero, you can add and/or remove existing contact codes directly in-app. If John Doe mentions that they would like to volunteer for the campaign, and that contact code of the volunteer exists in the CRM, you can add it directly to John's profile. To get started:
- Select the pencil icon next to the First and Last Name of the contact record you need to add/or remove from
- Scroll down to the contact code section of the edit feature and select any contact code visible
- You can then search contact codes that exist in your platform and select the green plus to add or red minus to remove from a profile
- When you edit a profile from the App, all updates are auto-saved!
