Do I have the option to add a contact through the App?

Did you meet a new prospect while on the road? You're able to add new contact records (individual and organization) directly in-app and it will add them to your CRM in real-time if you are an Admin or Finance user. 

  • Select the hamburger option (three horizontal lines in the top right corner of the app)
  • Select Individual or Organization
  • Whether an Individual or Organization, make sure to include as many details like Address, Employer and Occupation, Email, and Phone to prevent potential duplicate profiles from being created
