1. To download your payout file, navigate to the payouts tab and select the week you wish to download
2. Select a standard CSV export or an NGP upload friendly export if you are using NGP for compliance
3. You can always sign up to receive these files via email on a weekly basis in your settings
Note: Payouts are made weekly on Tuesdays (if you notice a Monday deposit that means that your bank initiates your deposits a little earlier than most). Please note that in order to make the Tuesday deposit the contribution needs to be made by the previous Friday at 4p PT. If it comes in after that time it will miss the upcoming Tuesday deposit and will be included in the following Tuesday's deposit. We do offer daily deposits for $25/month which can be pro-rated for shorter timeframes if needed. Please note there is a 2 day turnaround time when requesting a daily deposit (ex: if on Monday you ask to turn on daily deposits, your first daily deposit will be that Wednesday or Thursday depending on the time of day on Monday that you made the request).
