What is the difference between 10DLC, Toll Free, and Short Codes and what do I have access to?

For Comms Center Broadcast Text Messaging Users

Before you start your texting plan, Team Numero will work with you to choose with option is best for you. Most of our customers will opt for a 10DLC number.

When sending broadcast text messages through Numero, users are prompted to choose their preferred Sending Channel for each broadcast. We will work with you to help you obtain one or more of these number types during your account set up. 10DLC is the primary option followed by Toll Free and Short Code options. Learn more about each option below. Ready to set up a new channel? Contact support@numero.ai for further assistance.
