How do I categorize a text broadcast?

Start by navigating to the Numero comm center and selecting the Text Broadcast tab.

Step 1: Initiate a new text broadcast by clicking on New Text Broadcast on the right side.

Step 2: Choose your sending channel, 10DLC.

Step 3: Assign an internal name to your text broadcast for easy reference within your team.

Step 4: (Optional) Pick an existing category or create a new one. Choose an existing or new message code.

Step 5: Click on Start Messaging to begin selecting your audience.
