How do I select my broadcast text audience?

Ways to Build an Audience within your Message Builder:

Step 1 (Optional): Drag an existing list or calltime list, or build an audience using the filters on the right.

Step 2 (Optional): Apply filters from your filter settings, similar to the process in the Contacts tab. Choose from activity or contact info.

Step 3 (Optional): Click on the three dots to include or exclude specific contacts, or limit your contacts to a certain number of recipients.

Step 4 (Optional): To exclude a specific group, drag their list into the red suppression box. This will prevent them from receiving your text broadcast.

Step  5: Once satisfied with your selected list, click 'Done' to finalize your audience and then click Next to proceed to details.
