When does Numero archive a phone number that has been sent a text broadcast?

Recipients with phone numbers who are sent broadcast text messages that have a last status of undeliverable, rejected, or expired will be evaluated before Numero archives the phone number. When phone number is archived it is no longer eligible to be sent a broadcast text message. Based on the last status reasons, some phone numbers will be archived after just 1 attempted send and others will be archived after multiple attempted sends according to the chart below. 

Within a contact profile, the archived phone number will show as Undeliverable. If you hover over the tooltip next to the number, we will display the date the phone number was archived as well as the reason. To manually reactivate the phone number you can select the green reactivation circle.
