Where to update your subscription payment method and other details

Learn how to navigate to your billing portal and manage your subscription details like updating your payment method, billing address, and also download previous invoices or receipts. If you have questions, please contact billing@numero.ai.

Step 1: Click on your name located at the top right corner of the screen, and from the drop-down menu that appears, select Account Settings.

Step 2: In the Account settings, click on Billing.

Step 3: Click on Access Billing Portal. This will redirect you to your Stripe Customer Portal.

Step 4: Here, you have the option to change your payment method, update the billing email, address, and/or phone number. You can also download invoice history in the form of invoices and receipts. Tip: If you change your payment method, make sure to complete that before the 1st of the month, when monthly charges are billed.
