Contact Exceptions in Filtered Lists

Include One Off Contacts in a List or Audience

1. To include additional one off contacts in a filtered list, first filter your list. Then select the Limit, Match... filter.

2. Add the additional one off contacts you would like to include in your search by typing in their name and selecting each individual. Select "Include Contacts" once complete. Your list will now include your filtered selection plus the additional one off contacts you have added. You can now save or export this custom list. 

Exclude One Off Contacts in a List or Audience

1. To exclude contacts in a filtered list, first filter your list. Then select the Limit, Match... filter.

2. Type in the names of those contacts you would like to exclude from the filtered list and select exclude contacts. Your filtered list will now exclude the contacts you do not wish to show up on the list. You can now save or export this list.
