How do I apply multiple bulk actions to a filtered set?

Managing your data is easier when you can apply several actions at once. Here’s how to filter your data and apply multiple bulk actions without losing your selection.

Step 1: Filter your data set to display the group you want to manage.

Step 2: Select the select all box at the top of the bar.

Step 3: Choose the first action from the Actions dropdown.

Step 4: Apply that action.

Step 5: Before closing out of the side modal, click Apply another action to selected Contacts.

Step 6: Open the Actions dropdown again to pick another action.

Step 7: Apply as many additional actions as needed. Your selected group stays the same until you’re done.

Step 8: When finished, select Close.
