How do I exclude a wireless carrier from my audience?

You may want to exclude a specific wireless carrier from your Comms-Text broadcasts in instances of widespread outages or to help mitigate deliverability issues with specific carriers. In these instances, Numero filtering makes it easy to remove specific carriers from your audiences using the validation sub-filter. 

From the Audience builder, you can add a filter for does not have phone with x carrier. First select the Phone filter, then select the option for Does not Have Phone. Next, select the Validation sub-filter and select the carriers from the drop-down of available carriers. Lastly, select Apply Filter and then select Done at the top to apply this filter.
