Log Interactions in Calltime Mode

To log an interaction during a calltime session performed on your desktop:

  1. Start from your Calltime List view and open the contact's calltime profile.
  2. On the Calltime header, select Log Activity
  3. From the dropdown options, select Interaction
  4. From the righthand Log Interactions slideout, choose your Interaction Result, add any pertinent notes in the Notes field
  5. Select Log interaction (This action will also mark your call as complete)
