Log Interactions in Calltime Mode
To log an interaction during a calltime session performed on your desktop:
- Start from your Calltime List view and open a contact's calltime profile.
- The right-hand side of the profile will include a Log Interaction section. Select the Type: Call, Text, or Email.
- Next, select the Result.
- The Asked Amount is based on the Ask Amount on the profile. That field is editable.
- Based on the Type of Interaction, you can select the Phone or Email communicated with during the interaction.
- Include Notes, Pledge Amount, Commitment
- Click + View Advanced Fields to access additional details like Date, Team Member, Member Code, and Pledge Source Code. Date is defaulted to the current date and timestamp based on the platform's timezone, Member Code and Pledge Source Code are both optional and can be set when saving a calltime list.
- Mark Complete should be switched to Yes so that the contact is checked off on the calltime app
- Select Log Call, Log Text, or Log Email based on the interaction type.
