Log Interactions in Calltime Mode
To log an interaction during a calltime session performed on your desktop:
- Start from your Calltime List view and open the contact's calltime profile.
- On the Calltime header, select Log Activity
- From the dropdown options, select Interaction

- From the righthand Log Interactions slideout, choose your Interaction Result, add any pertinent notes in the Notes field

- Select Log interaction (This action will also mark your call as complete)
