How do I find my ghosted contributions?

Numero will keep track of the Numero contributions that were attempted by a donor but the donor did not successfully complete the transaction. This may occur if the donor became distracted and did not submit the contribution, or their internet service was disrupted or otherwise. We call these contributions Ghosted Contributions, and we have an easy built-in filter in your CRM dashboard to help you identify them. Your team can then follow up with these donors to see the transactions through.

Note: A ghosted contribution is not an anonymous contribution, all of your contribution forms built on Numero will require the donor to fill out their first name, last name, address (line 1, city, state, zip), employer, occupation, and email.  A ghosted contribution is simply a record of a donor who did not finish their transaction and has not yet made the contribution to your committee, you do not need to file the contribution unless it is actually completed.

1. To find your ghosted contributions, navigate to the dashboard tab and select the contributions tile in the middle of the page. The ghosted contributions link will be in the middle of the Quick Filters section just below the Contributions tile.

2. Your Ghosted Contributions will be displayed for the current quarter as the default, but you can always select the Date this quarter box to change the time frame. As soon as a contribution comes in for the donor the old ghosted contribution will disappear.

3. In the donor's profile a ghosted contribution appears as follows:
