How do I archive a piece of contact information?

Sometimes you call, email, or send mail to a phone number, email address, or physical address that is no longer active. Instead of deleting it, you can archive that piece of information to prevent future use while keeping a record of it.

  1. Go to the Contacts tab and search for the donor whose contact information you want to update.
  2. Click on the donor’s name to open their profile. Hover over the specific email, phone number, or address you'd like to archive, click the three dots, then select "Archive Phone" or Email, Address
  3. What happens next? The information will be archived, meaning it will no longer be visible in the Numero Calltime App to use for calls, emails, or mail, but it won't be deleted. Archiving helps ensure your team doesn’t accidentally reuse contact details that have already been proven ineffective.
  4. Need to restore it? You can hover over the archived item and select the green circular arrow to re-activate it.
