How do I log an interaction, including call results, notes, and pledges, from the App?
To log an interaction during call time using the App:
1. From the donor's profile in the App, scroll to the bottom and select the purple Log interaction button.
2. The log interaction interface will appear. Log your Call Result ( click here to learn how to edit the available call result options), log any call notes, and log a pledge if applicable. Completing this interaction will automatically mark the task as complete, but you can always untoggle the green toggle to leave the contact as incomplete.
3. Select Submit and the interaction will be recorded into your CRM automatically. In the call time list view in your CRM you'll see the green completed check mark and the last interaction column update. Refresh your page if you do not see updated information after an interaction has been logged. Select the arrow in the box icon to open up the interaction in a new window to see more details.
