How do I locate my import?

To quickly locate a file you just imported you can either filter for the imported data via the import completion confirmation page or you can filter from the Contacts, Interactions and Contributions tabs by the import file name. Please note that this feature is only available for files imported after June 24, 2021. 

From the Import Completion Confirmation Page 

• Select the review and manage (contacts/interactions/contributions) link

Filtering from the Contacts Tab

• From the Contacts tab, select Add Filter. Then select Import. 
• You can then choose the contacts import file name you would like to filter by.

Filtering from the Interactions Tab

• From the Interactions tab, select Add Filter. Then select Import. 
• You can then choose the interactions import file name you would like to filter by.

Filtering from the Contributions Tab

• From the Interactions tab, select Add Filter. Then select Import. 
• You can then choose the contributions import file name you would like to filter by.
