How do I bulk delete, archive and manage calls from a calltime list?

From a calltime list, users can save time updating details one by one and instead update multiple records at once. You can update two or more records and bulk update contact information, record activities with donors, as well as bulk delete, archive and manage calls from your calltime right from your desktop. 

What calltime management actions can I perform in bulk?

  • Mark complete or incomplete - Add or remove a checkmark to check these calls off the list or uncheck to indicate the call still needs to be made
  • Pin or unpin calls from the top - Move multiple calls to the top or add them back into the standard order
  • Archive or restore calls - Remove multiple contacts from the mobile app (without completely deleting them from the desktop list) or bring them back into your active calltime list
  • Delete calls from the existing list - Curate your calltime list and remove unwanted names from the desktop and mobile app

To bulk manage your calls directly from a calltime list, follow the steps below. 

  1. From the calltime list, select one or multiple checkboxes to the left of each contact record you wish to manage
    • You can also select all by choosing the topmost checkbox
  2. Select the Actions dropdown
  3. From the dropdown, under Manage, select your preferred action (Complete/Pin/Archive/Delete)
  4. Once you make your selection, a slideout will appear on the right side of your browser
  5. Select the purple button to confirm your choice
