How do I filter my Soft Credits?
If you want to filter your contacts, interactions, pledges, or contributions to view contacts or organizations that have earned a Soft Credit, you would need to:
1. Go to the Contacts, Interactions, Pledges, or Contributions tab in your CRM and select Add Filter.
2. Once you've selected Soft Credits from the Filters, edit the information to match the search criteria that you'd like to see. In this example, I'm going to filter for all contacts that have earned any Soft Credit valued at more than $25.
3. The results will display all of the contacts (or interactions, pledges, or contributions if you're filtering from those tabs) that meet the criteria. To be clear, this filters for contacts that have earned the Soft Credit, and not the original contact who actually donated, interacted, or pledged.
