Downloading Ticket Pages Guest List
If you're hosting an event and using Numero's Ticket or RSVP forms, you can track guests from your CRM. Here are some helpful tips and tricks to use Numero for coordinating your event.
Ready to kickoff your event? Here's how to download your Ticket RSVP or Basic Ticket guest list:
- Head to your Contribution Pages tab at app.numero.ai
- Identify the Ticket RSVP or Basic Ticket form of interest
- Select the three dots to the right of that form, and select RSVPs (Ticket RSVPs) or Guests (Basic Ticket) from the dropdown for an instant CSV download of your guest list or RSVPs
- From the exported file, you can view Order ID, Date of Contribution/RSVP, Guest Name, Email Address, Donor Name, Ticket Level and Price remitted
And here's how to download your Standard RSVP guest list:
- Head to your Contribution Pages tab at app.numero.ai
- Identify the Standard Ticket form of interest
- Select the three dots to the right of that form, and select RSVPs from the dropdown
- You'll be redirected to the RSVP tab where you can Export
