How do I locate a SpeedyGive™ link from a profile?
For CRM users utilizing Numero for Payment Processing, you can use Numero's SpeedyGive™ link to pre-populate all of the donor's primary contact information from their profile, making it faster and easier for the donor to complete their transaction. A SpeedyGive™ link can be located throughout your CRM including directly from a contact profile. To locate and add the link to your clipboard:
- Go to the contact profile of your choice by searching your global search bar or from the Contacts Tab
- From the contact profile, select the three dots to the right of the contact's name. Choose SpeedyGive™ link from the dropdown menu.
- From the righthand SpeedyGive™ link slideout, you can select which contribution form you would like to create this link through, the pre-selected amount for the form, and more. Once you're ready to collect the link, select anywhere on the link to add it to your clipboard. You can also select the purple link above to open the page directly in a browser.
