What is a primary form?
While a primary form is usually the form in your Numero Payment Processing platform that you'll do the most fundraising through, it is also the form that defaults when selecting a contribution form anywhere in the CRM. See below where your primary contribution form will default to in the platfom:
Calltime Lists - You may be building a calltime list and the primary form will default when filling out the list details. You can switch to another form by selecting the dropdown and choosing an alternate form.
SpeedyGive™ via contact profile - The primary form is also utilized when you generate a SpeedyGive™ link from a contact's profile. You can switch to another form by selecting the dropdown and choosing an alternate form.
How to switch your primary contribution form - To locate your primary form, select the Contribution Forms tab. The primary form will be located at the top of the form table and will include a checkmark. To switch the primary form, select the three dots to the far right of the form and select Mark Primary.
