How do I highlight a calltime list that should be prioritized first?

Sometimes you may want to highlight a calltime list to be displayed first in-app so that your candidate or volunteers know which calltime lists should be prioritized or you may be hoping to just reorder them in general. You learn how to sort your calltime lists below.

1. From the Calltime Lists tab in the CRM, select the ... next to the calltime list you're looking to reorder and display first, for example

2. Once you select the ..., from the dropdown select Pin to top

3.  The calltime list you pin to the top will then display first and will be noted with a pin icon. You can pin multiple calltime lists as needed and if you need to prioritize the order of said pinned calltime lists, you can continue to select pin to top, to make sure the lists are in your preferred order

4. Once you pin all the calltime lists needed, the updates will be visible in-app. If the new order of calltime lists is not visible, be sure to refresh in-app by pulling/ swiping down from the homepage screen to bring in those updates
