Highlight a Priority Calltime List with Pins

To show your candidate and volunteers which calltime lists should be prioritized, you can pin your list. Once pinned, the calltime list will be both highlighted and displayed first in the Numero Calltime app. Plus, it also lets you re-order your most important outreach to choose what goes on top. You learn how to pin your calltime lists by following the directions below:

1. From the Calltime Lists tab, select the •••  next to the calltime list you're looking to display on top.

2. Select Pin to top from the dropdown menu. 

3. The pinned calltime list will now display first and will be noted with a pin icon. You can also pin multiple calltime lists as needed. To prioritize the order of pinned calltime lists, continue to select Pin to top until the lists are in your preferred order.

4. Once you pin a calltime lists, the update will be visible in the Numero Calltime app. If the new order of calltime lists is not visible, be sure to refresh in-app by pulling/swiping down from the homepage screen to bring in those updates!
