How do I measure the financial impact of my broadcast email?

After you have sent your email you can monitor the financial impact of your email by clicking on the individual email in the Email Broadcasts tab and selecting the Performance Tab. 

The Performance tab includes the total dollars raised and the number of contributions brought in as a direct result of your broadcast email. Please note that you will only see performance metrics if when setting up your email you set up contribution tracking.

The Performance Metrics module will show you your donation rate, average number of contributions, number of recurring contributions, and number of ghosted contributions. 

To the right of the Performance Metrics module, you'll find quick links to view lists of your contacts by Outcome (Donors, First Time Donors, High Dollar (> $250), Recurring, Ghosted, In State, Out of State) for this particular broadcast message. 

Below the View Contacts by Outcome option you'll find a list of your Top Donors sorted by the highest amount given.
