How I denote verified contact info like emails and phone numbers?
If your database contains both verified phone numbers, emails, or addresses (contact info that you know to be correct and verified as belonging to the donor) and unverified contact info you can utilize our verification feature to denote that in your platform.
Emails, addresses, and phones currently living on a contact's profile can be marked as verified and can also be marked as opted-out of communication in your platform. Verified contact info will appear with a blue check mark and opted-out contact info will appear with a red mark. If you hover over the markings they will indicate when the piece of contact info was verified or opt-ed out. Please note that all contact info is self-verified by users of your platform. The only exception will be if you have Numero's Communications Center add-on where anyone who unsubscribed to your broadcast email messages will automatically be opted-out by Numero, but you can always restore them if it was done in error- learn more.
To mark an email, address, or phone as verified or opted- out click ... on the right of the piece of contact information and select 'Edit Phone', for example. Once clicked, you'll be able to toggle the Verified option to Yes/No and the Opted-Out option to Yes/No.
