How do I add an existing template to a calltime list?
- From the Calltime Lists tab or directly from the Calltime List itself, select the three dots to the right of the calltime list name
- From the dropdown, select Edit Calltime List
- Navigate to the Templates tab
- From Templates tab, scroll down past any templates that have already been added and select + Add Template
- Add the existing template by searching the dropdown or starting to type in the name of the template. You can also select "Add a new one" to create a template from here.
- Select the Save button to add the template. To add more templates to this calltime list, repeat step 4!
