How do I add an existing template to a calltime list?

  1. From the Calltime Lists tab or directly from the Calltime List itself, select the three dots to the right of the calltime list name
  2. From the dropdown, select Edit Calltime List
  3. Navigate to the Templates tab
  4. From Templates tab, scroll down past any templates that have already been added and select + Add Template
  5. Add the existing template by searching the dropdown or starting to type in the name of the template. You can also select "Add a new one" to create a template from here.
  6. Select the Save button to add the template. To add more templates to this calltime list, repeat step 4!
