How do I update my bank account for direct deposits?

Only the Stripe owner or an administrator on your Stripe account (note your Stripe account has different access than your Numero account) can update your bank account. If you need to update your bank account for direct deposits, contact support@numero.ai for a login link.

Once you are logged into Stripe, select the Account Settings icon in the top right corner. You'll then select the Payout Details option. 

You'll then see the bank account that is currently connected, select pencil icon to update. 

Next, you'll input the new bank account routing number and account number and select Save. Please notify Numero at support@numero.ai when complete and we'll verify your banking institution and the last four digits on your newly connected bank account, as well as confirm when you can expect your next payout.
