How can I store my data with Numero?

If you're currently a Numero Essentials or Plus customer, when you come to the end of your campaign and it's time to close your account you'll have the option to store your data (contacts, interactions, contributions, calltime lists, lists, templates, etc) with Numero. This is particularly helpful for candidates or teams who are considering another campaign run or are on a temporary hiatus. If campaign staff are exiting the campaign, they can leave the account in the hands of the candidate or other representative who plans to be with the entity when they are ready to reactivate service. 

While your account is in storage mode, you'll retain a Numero login but you'll have limited access to data and features within your platform. Numero storage is $50/month and full service can be restored within 48 hours notice. 

When you return to Numero and are ready to fundraise again your account will be restored with all of your contacts, interactions, contributions, calltime lists, lists, etc in place. You won't need to import/export any data from the platform to pick up where you left off which will jumpstart your fundraising efforts. Committees that do not opt to store data with Numero will have their data destroyed.
