Filtering for Validated Emails

Numero Comms Center- Accounts with email services enabled and Numero Plus accounts receive email validation for all contact email records imported into the Numero platform. Email Validation verifies if an email address is a valid working email address and furthermore assigns a risk assessment to help you make informed decisions about sending emails to that particular email address.

To filter your database for validated email addresses select the Add Filter button and select Email. Select the subfilter of Validation - you can filter by Risk Level or Delivery Confidence.

You can learn more about the validation Risk Levels we assign to emails in this article: How does Numero validate my emails?

Risk Level

The Risk Level denotes how safe it is to send email to a given address. You can select Low, Medium or High to view individual Risk Levels.

  • Low risk (61-100) is generally safe to send (unlikely to bounce).
  • Medium risk (31-60) comes with some risk of bouncing or rejection by inboxes.
  • High risk (0-30) emails have been confirmed to be invalid and should not be emailed.

To increase your email reputation Numero recommends emailing only your Low Risk emails to start, and experimenting with adding in certain Medium Risk emails overtime after you've established a positive email reputation. You should never email your High Risk emails.

Delivery Confidence

The Delivery Confidence is a score from 0 to 100 used to label email risk. You can filter by exact, less than, between, and more than. This is a great way to segment your sends as you warm up your subdomain. For example, sending to all emails with a score of 95 - 100 when you are just starting, and then continuing to up that range overtime as you see positive results.
