How do I filter for my verified emails?
Numero Comms Center- Email customers receive email verification for all contact email records imported into the Numero platform. To filter your database for validated email addresses select the Add Filter button and select Email. Select the subfilter of Validation.
You can learn more about the verification Risk Levels we assign to emails in this article: How does Numero verify my emails?
Risk Level
The Risk Level denotes how safe it is to send email to a given address. You can select Low, Medium or High to view individual Risk Levels.
- Low risk is generally safe to send (unlikely to bounce).
- Medium risk comes with some risk of bouncing or rejection by inboxes.
- High risk emails have been confirmed to be invalid and should not be emailed.
To increase your email reputation Numero recommends emailing only your Low Risk emails to start, and experimenting with adding in certain Medium Risk emails overtime after you've established a positive email reputation. You should never email your High Risk emails.
Risk Reasons
Your High and Medium Risk emails will be noted with a reason as to why they are at risk. You can select individual Risk Reasons as needed. For example, in some cases, you may want to filter to include Medium Risk reasons such as when a domain was previously unresponsive for an unknown reason.
Status
The Status allows Numero to know what Risk Level to assign to the email address and is available for you to filter.
- Valid emails are safe to send to
- Invalid emails are not safe to send to
- Unknown or Accept All emails are considered Medium Risk and should only be selected after you have established a positive email reputation (not during your warm-up phase)
