How does Numero verify my phone numbers?

As a Numero Comms Center- Text customer we will validate all of the phone numbers you import into our platform. This is done upon import before you even add a contact's phone number to a text broadcast draft. By validating your phone numbers before sending we are helping improve your text deliverability rate. We will verify your phone numbers and provide the following Network metrics: 

  • Number Type: Mobile, Landline, or Invalid 
  • Carrier: AT&T Mobility, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, etc 
  • Device Operating System (OS): iOS, Android, macOS, unknown [This information may not be available until after you send your first broadcast text to the number]

You can filter for these properties and create audiences as you please. However, we will automatically suppress invalid and landline numbers from our broadcast text messages.

While we can tell you if the number you entered is in fact a valid mobile line that is eligible for text, we aren't able to verify that the number actually belongs to the contact that you have input based on our verification services alone. You may still want to edit your contact's mobile numbers to mark them as "validated" following these instructions
