Billing FAQs

For monthly subscriptions, when does my billing period start? 

Your service period starts when you get access to the platform, after onboarding has been completed. For example, if access is given on the 20th of a month, your first invoice will include prorated charges for the 20th - 31st. The next invoice will reflect full month charges on the 1st. 

You will then be billed on the 1st of each month for your monthly subscription fee. 


What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept credit/ debit cards and ACH transfers via Stripe, or direct wire/ACH transfer. Invoices over $5,000 must be paid via bank transfer (ACH or wire).

How long does it take to verify a bank account via Stripe?

Verification involves micro-deposits and can take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. Stripe will send the billing email address on file instructions on how to complete the verification. 


What if my payment fails on the 1st of the month?

We process your subscription on the 1st of the month using your default payment method on file. If this payment method fails, you’ll be sent an email notification with a payment link to update / correct this.

We will work with you to ensure your account has an updated payment method on file. If we are unable to resolve this, your account may be temporarily suspended while payment is pending.


Do I need to give notice for closing my services?

Yes, a 30 day notice is required for closing subscription services. Your final bill will be prorated based on your final service date (30 days after notice is received). For example, if you submit notice on September 12th, your last subscription day will be October 12th and your final invoice will be pro-rated for October 1st - 12th. 

A few days before your final date of service, we will send over an export of all of your Numero data for you to download and store outside of Numero, providing the final payment has been received.


Will you close my account automatically once my election is over?

No - since every candidate wants to do something different, we always require a 30 day notice when closing out services. Here are your service options once your election is over:

  • End your service (30-day cancellation notice required, data exports provided);
  • Move you to a Data Storage plan (details here); OR
  • Keep you active for your next campaign.


Can I pause my subscription?

Yes!  Numero storage is $50/month and full service can be restored within 48 hours notice. Find more details here. Storage is available once minimum monthly service commitment has been reached.


If I cancel my CRM subscription, can I continue using payment processing?

Yes! You can let us know and we’ll make sure your payment processing forms remain active. 


Can I get a copy of your W-9?
