Who Receives Replies from Receipts?

Numero Receipt Managers are the team members assigned to receive any donor replies sent in response to a Numero Contribution Page receipt. 

When a donor replies to their receipt email, that message goes directly to the team member selected in the Receipt Manager dropdown on the contribution page.

Because that reply-to email address may be visible to donors if they choose to respond, it is usually best to use a general committee or campaign email address rather than a personal email. That helps keep donor communication centralized and makes coverage easier if staff roles change.

To update the Receipt Manager:

Open each contribution page, go to the Contribution Form: Thank You section, and choose the appropriate team member from the Receipt Manager dropdown, then save the form.
