How do I select the information that is visible in a filtered list?

1. You can select the individual categories of information you would like to see in your filtered list using the column chooser. Select the column button after you have filtered for your criteria to start adding in or removing columns from your view. 

2. Some helpful columns to select might be:  

• Left to Max- to see how much the donor still has available to donate this cycle 
• VANID or Numero ID- helpful if you are trying to identify duplicates 
• Notes and Bio- helpful to have a quick glance at the criteria found in notes and bio 
• All Timing Giving- total amount given by the donor
• Last Interaction Notes- the notes from the last time you interacted with the donor
