You can change the background, logo, and social share image of your forms by changing the form template at the bottom of your form editor. Scroll to step 7 if you already have an existing template and you want to swap out the template used on one of your forms.

If you need to create a new template you can follow the instructions below or you can email your logos and photos you want to include in a form template to support@numero.ai and our team will create a new form template for you. You can have as many form templates as you need.

1. To create a new form template, navigate to the Templates link on the forms tab.

2. If you want to create a form template that is similar to ones you already have with minor changes, you'll want to duplicate an existing form template. If you want to make a brand new template from scratch select the Add form template button.

3. First, setup your general form template settings including a name for your template, a background color for your form when pulled up on a mobile device or tablet, and a title color. You can then upload your logo and choose the placement of that logo on the page (top left, center, right). You can even opt to not have the logo displayed on the form and only use it in your email receipts. This is helpful if your background image for the form already contains your logo. We require a logo because your logo is used in your email receipts and to help donors identify that they are on the right page to contribute to your campaign. Please upload a logo that does not include white lettering, your receipt background will be white and logos with white lettering will not show up.

4. Next upload a background image to be used when your form is pulled up on desktops and laptops. The correct size for a background image is:

W: 1366 px
H: 768 px
Ratio 16:9
Export the file as a JPG at 90%

You can also opt to upload a share image. When you share your payment processing link with others via social media or text message, we'll include the image you upload in the Share Image section. The correct size for a share image is:

W: 1200 px
H: 634 px
Ratio 1.91:1
Export the file as a JPG at 90%

Select the Select background and Select share image buttons to upload your images.

You can also crop and resize the image when you upload it. Drag and drop your images or browse and select them from your device.

5. Next, select the layout of the page including where your form and disclaimers will be placed on the page. The form alignment will allow you to place the form on the right, in the center or on the left side of the page. If you aren't sure where you want your items to fall on your page, you can leave the default selections and come back to edit your form later.

6. Lastly, choose your form button colors and select Create Form Template.

7. To change the background on one of your existing forms, go to the forms tab and select the ... then the edit option from the dropdown on the form you would like to edit. Scroll to the bottom of the form editor to the Form Design and Details section and select from the drop-down menu of choices for the form template you would like to use. Select Update Form in the top right when complete.
