How do I apply a member code to a calltime list?


You may want to send only certain interaction and contribution history belonging to your contact to the Calltime App and restrict other interaction and contribution history from appearing in the app. This can be achieved by member coding your contact's interactions and contributions and applying that member code to your calltime list as you build and send it to the app. 

1. First, you'll want to make sure your contributions and interactions have been member coded. See our article on how to apply member codes to contributions and interactions

2. Once your interactions and contributions have been member coded, build your calltime list and in the member code section, select the name of the member code you want to apply to the calltime list. Select save to calltime list. 

3. This code allows for ONLY interactions and contributions with that code to appear in the CRM calltime list view and the front end of the Calltime App. If you click into the individuals profile in the CRM you will still see ALL of their contributions and interactions, as it only restricts the data shown in the CRM calltime list view and the front end of the Calltime App. It is recommended that Calltime App users who should only see member coded interaction and contribution history be added as a Calltime only user.

4. This code will also be applied to any new interactions that are recorded from the front end of the app or the CRM Calltime list view.
