How do I move between profiles in calltime mode?


Calltime Mode enables the user to view full donor profiles and move backwards and forwards between donors seamlessly to log interactions, email, and text donors directly from their profiles during calltime. 

From the CRM: 

1. To enter Calltime Mode in the back end of the CRM, select the calltime lists tab and open your calltime list. Select the first donor name in your list. 

2. This will open a new tab that will allow you to log an interaction directly on the donor's profile as well as send them texts and emails, open their speedy give link, and archive the call if you wish the skip the call for now (note archiving the call removes the donor from the calltime list in the front end of the app. Use the Prev Call button to move to the call before this one and use the Next Call button to move to the next call. Note that the +Add Activity button that is normally present on a donor's profile is disabled in Calltime Mode.

 

From the App:

Instead of closing out of each donor profile when you are ready to move to the next donor, you can swipe right in the lower middle area of your screen to move to the next candidate's profile. If you need to return to the last donor, you can swipe left. If you are swiping too far over to the right of the screen it may open your app settings dashboard- try swiping closer to the middle of the profile.
