How do I filter my contacts by associated contacts?
Filtering your contacts by the presence (or lack thereof) of associated contacts can be helpful to determine which of your contacts have an associated relationship with another in your platform. Further, you can filter by relationship type which may be helpful to determine how many contacts in your database have a spouse who is also in your database for example.
1. From the Contacts tab in your CRM, select Add Filter.
2. Select Associated Contact
3. You can include contacts who have an associated contact of a specific type, of any type, or of no type at all (the relationship is present but not specified by a type). You can also filter for contacts who do not have an associated contact of the same criteria. For example, you can filter for all contacts who do not have an associated contact with the type spouse. Select Apply Filter to see the results.
