How do I add an amount to my interaction?

You can now add an amount to your interactions either upon import or when adding an interaction via the CRM. We'll be launching adding an amount to your interactions from the Numero Calltime App soon. 

If keeping a record of the ask amount at the time of the interaction is important, amounts on interactions are useful for teams to denote. While the ask amount on the donor's profile is presented during calltime it does not imprint on the interaction record, you'll need to fill out the amount field in order to keep that number recorded with your interaction. An amount on an interaction could be different than a pledge amount or it could be the same depending on the outcome of your call. 

To add an amount to an interaction via the CRM, you can log a new interaction or edit an existing interaction and fill out the amount field in the right-hand panel. 


To add an amount to an interaction you are importing from activity occurring outside of Numero, make sure your import file includes a column titled 'Amount'.
