Match Filter: The Quickest Way to a Tidy CRM
Have some time to clean up your CRM at the end of the day or week but not sure where to start? We would suggest checking to see how many potential duplicate profiles exist in your Numero platform by utilizing the Match Filter. And if duplicate profiles yield from this filter, you can bulk merge profiles, causing future you less stress because no one wants to have interactions with the same person potentially living on two different profiles. Donor Recognition: Soft Credits & Raisers
Everyone loves to get credit for something they helped bring to the table. In campaign life, sometimes an organization or individual donor helps bring in another contribution whether through a fireside chat or by making connections. If your team has a Numero Plus platform, you can give those organizations or individual donors credit for said contributions, using our Soft Credit feature. If your team has Numero Essentials and utilizes Numero Processing, you can invite cohosts or really anyone who wants to get credit for bringing in contributions as a Raiser on your forms. OR Filters: Locate your Unique Donors
Why limit yourself to only filtering for and statements when you can also filter for or statements? Expand your filtered searches by utilizing the or option when filtering in the Contacts, Interactions, Pledges, and Contributions tabs. If you need an example, think of filtering in your Contacts tab for those contacts who have contributed this cycle and live in the city of San Jose who has an email or has a phone number on their profile. This will yield more contacts rather than only filtering for these contacts who have an email and a phone number, because there may be profiles without one.
SpeedyGive™: Reduce Friction in Checkout
Yes, it's exactly what it sounds like, our SpeedyGive™ feature allows for a quick completion of a Numero contribution form. This is because when you generate a SpeedyGive™ link from either an individual profile in the CRM, or from sending out a text/ email template that includes the mail merge function when the recipient selects the URL, the form will be pre-populated with the information in that contact's profile (First Name, Last Name, Primary Address, Primary Email, Primary Phone, Employer and Occupation).
