How do I restrict a user from importing?

Admin users may limit or restrict a user's ability to import data into their database. View the access levels below and follow the steps to setup and manage these restrictions for Finance and fellow Admin users. 

Access Levels for Imports:

NOTE: Selecting None as an import capabilities setting does not prevent a user from manually creating a new contact, updating existing contacts or activity data in your platform. 

To Edit a Team Member's Importing Capabilities:

  1. Add them to the team or Edit their Role if already a Team Member existing
  2. From the Edit Team Member slideout, scroll down to the CAPABILITIES settings to edit the Imports dropdown
  3. From the dropdown, select between None, View, and Full. See above options to choose the Team Member's view.

Note: Numero Support is not authorized to edit a Team Member's importing capabilities.
